SARAH PEAKE REPORTED HOUSE BILL 5092 IS DEAD
Thank you for
your inquiries and letters sent to your representative and members of the Joint Committee on Municipalities.
Read EDOA letter to the committeeHouse Bill 5092 would
have demanded unreasonable requirements of dog owners and allowed unfair and unnecessary penalties on dogs by instituting
fees and misplacing punishment. This bill, put forth by an anti-dog interest group, was opposed by EDOA and many other
animal welfare groups. . http://www.mass.gov/legis/comm/j10.htm
